2. Flagship Olympia

Commodore Deweys flagship Olympia is currently rusting away in the Philidelphia Ship yards. After he winters at Valley Forge he can take some of his income and refit her and then add her to the US Navy roles. That way he has a direct hand in increasing the amount of ships the Navy has. Hell the Olympia may still have been on active duty in 1916.
