1. Bluff. Trump with his tens of millions (sic) has enough money to buy

that information, so why even ask for it? He either has it already and knows there's nothing damaging or he thinks Obama gave the birth certificate when he demanded it and Trump can get Obama to give him another document. And then Trump goes on TV, claiming he got the President to do something that was refused to everyone else.
