1) start with big bankroll provided by daddy
2) declare bankruptcy over & over to erase your debts and leave your creditors destitute
3) use the cheapest materials you can in your projects & cut corners everywhere
4) sell your name to big financiers so you appear to still be involved with costly developments but you really aren't in the slightest
5) repeat step #2 every few years
6) when a book appears proving you are actually quite poor, register outrage (since you can't sue for defamation because discovery would prove you are essentially penniless)
