What hasn't been addressed in this election says volumes
Drone attacks. This isn't a minor issue. It's one that is seriously destabilizing already shaky relationships. Think Pakistan.
Poverty. How can you really discuss the middle class without discussing its shrinkage due to people falling into poverty? How can you discuss education without the impact that poverty has on it? Climate Change. A huge threat on every front.

The republicans, for whatever reason, are out to destroy this country. They just do not give a damn If President Obama is re-elected they will stop anything worthwhile. If Willard is elected they will destroy all safety nets, increase military, and start 3 wars, and turn women into breeding stock. |

4. Yes they are vital
|
You tell me what Congress has done in the last two years..........
The financial industry is a farce ......... most of the CEOs should be in prison The 2010 election was all about jobs from the republicans ........... they never brought a jobs bill to the floor Drone attacks will continue because no one in DC is listening to people complaining about the death of innocents The republicans have shown over the last 32 years that they do not give a damn about the people. In my mind they should be tried and convicted for treason The bankers and wall street should have been arrested and tried for fraud, theft, and had their personal wealth taken from them. Glass-Steagall (sp) should have been passed again The people should control the voting machines and not private companies, until everyone can be guaranteed that all votes are valid the people have no control of elections. The government should take over all medical insurance companies. Raise the minimum wage. Cap exec salary These are some things that will help bring the people up from poverty |

Last edited Wed Oct 24, 2012, 06:20 AM USA/ET - Edit history (1) now I was really surprised by lack of debate on that.
Also, why do Americans think by electing Romney the economy/jobs would improve when they are tied to so many things out side of our control? I guess its like the great job they thought the GOP would do in 2010 when they handed the government over . Nothing has been done and congress has its worst numbers ever. I dont get it. |

the President loses this election, and I've said this for almost four years now, it is entirely his own fault.
If you run on the promise of bringing the change that the people demand and then fail to deliver, or even fight for, any significant change... well there are are only 13 days of this to suffer through and then we will all know. |

But I've heard the President address those other issues numerous times.
When he's a dictator, let me know and I'll criticize him for not decreeing those problems solved. |

10. Did you watch Frontline's "Climate of Doubt" last night on PBS?
|
It talked about how a republican congressman from South Carolina in a very safe seat was primaried and beaten 79-21 because he said he believed in man-made climate change. He was a solid, very conservative republican, except for that. Climate change skeptic groups poured tons of money into that primary and the incumbent got his ass whipped.
Even our side is afraid to touch climate change for that reason. |
