My favorite part: watching the 2 families chatting after the debate

I just love seeing themat least act like neighbors, understanding that it's just a game--even son Scoop Romney (or was it Zapp Romney) patting the president on the back like they were all leaving a cocktail party. Sure, it was mostly for show. I like how it reminds me that it's good manners, not just a well armed citizenry, that makes for a polite and civil society.

PS, Obama totally kicked Money Boo-Boo's flipflopping sorry ass all over the stage. But I say that with neighborly civility.

This isn't snark. I didn't see it. I'd love to think it was true.

12. No, I noticed it too. They seemed really eager to meet the president.

For the Romney kids, it may be a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Thing about Mormons is, they all seem to raise remarkably polite kids. Well, all of them except George Romney.

I saw a mini Romney talking to the President, and I think it was Tagg. He must have been apologizing. Anyone else see it?

13. It didn't look like an apology to me. It looked like a meet-n-greet

All of them, Romneys and Obamas, have strong people skills. I think that really showed at the end. It didn't hurt that Mitt spent a third of the debate endorsing Obama's foreign policy achievements.

14. Patrician Ann loses dynasty

What I wanted to see was Patrician Ann's face of utter disappointment and impending doom with the realization that the Romney family will not get that chance to establish an ancestral dynasty of elites like the Kennedys' and Bush's.

And that by losing they will not be able to establish the LDS Church as a mainstream christian religion leading to more converts.

And that Willard and Ann will not be the power couple in DC.

And that Tagg, et al, will not have the shots of being media experts ala Bristol, Sarah, Meghan McCain, etc. adding more millions to their coffers.

So sad!

I think they realized it's over, and they need to start adjusting to the November 6 concession speech and the need to be gracious, kind and loving! Yea sure!

I wish people would stop. It's not like they're any crazier than any other church.

I muted the sound so I didn't have to listen to the immediate analysis and could just observe the two families interact. Plus, I was waiting to see Romney lose his balance when he was shaking hands, totally expecting to see a crowd dive!
