James "The Pimp" O'Keefe is At It Again

From today's NashuaPatch in New Hampshire:

Public service or federal crime? That's for the state Attorney General's office to decide now, after more than 10 minutes of video footage released by conservative activist James O'Keefe has stirred controversy – and not necessarily the kind O'Keefe intended.

The footage includes shots taken at several New Hampshire polling sites, including some in Nashua, on Jan. 10 during which phony voters went undercover to ask for ballots for recently deceased people in those wards.

In one instance a poll worker in a Manchester ward realized the undercover imposter was not who he said he was because she knew the dead person in question. That incident was reported in the Boston Herald.

Nashua City Clerk Paul Bergeron is outraged, and noted that in addition to the legal ramifications, what these filmmakers did in that instance is morally and ethically wrong.

"Her husband just died 10 days ago," said Bergeron, referring to an interview in today's Boston Herald with Rachel Groux of Manchester, widow of Roger Groux, died December 31.

they didn't prosecute Ann Coulter for voting in the wrong precinct.

But when I think what they did to OWS protesters, the difference in treatment is really glaring. And they WERE doing public service.

I wish I could meet this prick face to face. He is an obvious coward that has to hide behind deception.

They need some phonecalls and emails, and feedback on their Twitter and Facebook pages.

Pretty sure that many places have laws prohibiting the use of recording equipment inside polling places

Of BOTH parties is a crime in New Hampshire. Voter fraud is not just a state crime, it is a federal crime.

O'Keefe got three years of probation in March 2010 for his Mary Landrieu caper. I don't know if he's gotten any time off for "good behavior" but if he is still serving probation, this should count as a violation of it, as well as the additional crimes he has participated.

Pretending to be a pimp is far from the worst thing he has done:

CNN is doing a documentary on the three or four people who are young American conservative activists, so they decided they would follow around that criminal James O’Keefe, the guy who made those ACORN videos and tried to rape Mary Landrieu’s phones. But you know the one thing they weren’t expecting? They weren’t expecting James O’Keefe to try to lure CNN reporter Abbie Boudreau alone onto a boat filled with dildos and lube and a “condom jar” and “fuzzy handcuffs” and “an obvious sex tape machine,” so this is precisely what he did. Presumably it was to record himself raping her, of course, but O’Keefe says it was just a goof. Huh?

Thankfully, Boudreau was tipped off by O’Keefe’s female colleague, Izzy Santa. (Haha, IS HE SANTA? IS HE?)
