Chairman of RNC Renounces English Syntax

Chris McGreal in Washington
guardian.co.uk, Thursday 18 October 2012 17.35 BST

In a surprising political development, RNC chairman Reince Preibus announced that the GOP will no longer follow the rules of the English language.

"English was invented by the British, so it's clearly Un-American and not worthy of being spoken by a true patriot. From now on the national Republican Party refuses to speak this contemptible language with its unnecessary rules and regulations", he said at a hastily convened press conference on the steps of the Capitol.

"Fnurgle fnurgle flibberdigibbet fabba fabba snoogle", he continued, speaking in the GOP's new official language.
