If there is a strong indication who will win near the end, that person will pick up some votes and it will effect the real close races imho. At this point its just too early to know.

Obama was up HUGE in both States just a couple weeks ago. After Obama cleans Rmoney's clock Tuesday night, you'll see those States flip back. The rebound is already happening. Obama's line started going back up yesterday and has continued to climb today. Mere blips.

The margins have not changed that much, the reporting has. The Likely Voter thing is being overdone right now.. and not accurate with today's voters.

It's principal. I want Romney's clocked to be cleaned. I want to complete repudiation of the Republican party. The fact that there is a party that runs on a platform of stripping others of their rights pisses me off beyond words. And that so many people blindly vote for it methodically pisses me off more.

and a group of us have been calling people in Colorado the last few weekends. The names come from Obama's campaign. Most people aren't home, but we do talk to some of the people on the lists. Today I was told by two people that they had received two phone calls this afternoon. I think that means that there is a huge grassroots effort on Obama's behalf.

Some of us call and some put the results into a data base. The callers mark things like not at home, wrong number etc. We also mark strong, lean Obama; undecided; strong or lean Romney. We mark whether we think the person should have a call back.

Any of you with any time should go to barackobama.com and find the link that takes you to where you can do volunteer work.

Lots and lots of Romney support around here, but I just got back from a GOTV meeting/training at the local OFA office and I am really impressed with the ground game. We have a TON of work to do in the next 3 weeks, but I think we can do it.

15. The most important states for Obama to win are toss-ups that have the most Electoral Votes

RCP currently has 11 states as toss-ups

AZ 11
CO 9
FL 29
IA 6
MI 16
NV 6
NH 4
NC 15
OH 18
PA 20
VA 13
WI 10

and three Romney leans:

AZ 11 (but the newest AZ poll has Obama FOUR points ahead of Mitt)
IN 11
MO 10

I think President Obama will win the majority of the toss-ups and also one or two of the Romney leans.

I'm still predicting that President Obama will win the election with 333 electoral votes
