HA HA HA HA HA HA! Atlas Shrugged Part 2 is at 0% on Rotten Tomatoes. It's even worse than the first! Even Kyle Smith of the New York Post didn't like it, and he's the most conservative film critic there is.

(11,481 posts)It's propaganda, pure and simple. It might lose a lot of money, but they'll invest in it on the CHANCE that it might influence the public.

Can Part 2 do half that Box Office? I doubt it.

It was quite the treat, as it was my first time viewing a movie without someone to go with, and ironically my first time being the only one there. I felt like it was being shown just for me!"

Whoever funded the movie may have bought into that deception.

(50,553 posts)I've had second thoughts about this film. At first I thought one of y'all had the sacred duty to see it. But after reading the preliminary reviews I'm ready to declare that it sucks hard enough to drain a swimming pool in under 30 seconds and leave it at that.

Of course they would demand they still get SS and Medicare but after a week or 2 it would go from Galt Gulch to Lord of the Flies!

(1,349 posts)Now to $1.6 million. The free market just doesn't like conservative turds. The only one that did okay was Douchesoozle's movie, and that was probably fake (bulk) ticket sales.

The second it comes on, I will cancel my subscription to said channel and tell them why.
Bring it HBO or showtime, starz,or encore.
I'm paying to much anyway, but got the package deal.
Actually cheaper to have those, for now...when the deal wears off, I'll switch providers again.
I play everyone against everyone else for the cheapest rate.
Our house has 2 sat. dishes on it so I can change quick.
