I think Biden made it a pointed point to call Ryan Congressman Ryan. Good on him. What a maroon thinking he can dictate that people don't address him by his title.

Lyin' Ryan was trying not to own that.

He should have asked to be called "Representative Ryan". I often use "Representative" because it is gender-neutral.
