2. If they didn't do it now, it would have been worse

They couldn't show a 6 point (or whatever) swing back to Obama later in the week when the 3-day debate post-debate poll dropped out of the averages.

4. They are apparently being overwhelmed with tweets of the CORRECT "7-day" poll

that came out at 1 pm.

5. This almost makes the tie bullshit worthwhile

Kind of interesting if the story becomes Gallup putting out those 3-day numbers when they already knew that yesterday destroyed the tie narrative.

I'd love to see that happen.

Won't hold my breath, but I'd sure love it.

7. I'd love to see what the Sunday poll numbers were.

But I bet that will be kept secret.

8. Listening to NPR/VPR

On the radio driving into Montreal today; they were reporting 47% tie and playing all kinds of Romney clips from his speech today; not a word from Obama did I hear, just some rebuttals from his campaign.

9. Yes, they all ran with that because Gallup offered it up

But rather than compare apples and apples, they went with the "it's a tie!" bullshit. It may have "tied" post debate, but that is gone now.

It's just like the negative "bump" that Rmoney had after the convention that they didn't report or were reluctant to report about.

11. Now no polls are being talked about

The poll talk has been completely shut up. No polls are being said.

12. If I liked sports....I would watch ESPN.

But I don't!!! And I sure don't appreciate the media trying to turn something as serious and important as an election into a horserace just to get their ratings! Where the hell can you get accurate news that isn' ratings/profit driven????
