I have a bad feeling about how SNL is going to play this....


To appear "fair", I can see them parodying Obama badly.


I hope I am wrong... but they will do a debate skit and I am hoping they hammer Romney and Lehrer, but I fear they will "set a narrative" about Obama that we won't like.


They creamed Sarah Palin in '08... and if they want to, they'll do it to the President too.

I Loved the Palin bits, but they did not sway my opinion of her, I let Palin sway my opinion of her.

Obama didn't give them much to work with, whereas Romney's hyperactive blinking act certainly did.

If you are too thin skinned to take some ribbing you should look for another line of work, besides the tone of the OP makes it look like SNL is supposed to do nothing that might hurt Obama's chances, like its a TV channel's job is to help a candidate.

So if they do the debate, what will that mean. Mitt Romney as a fast talking used car salesman and Obama as a sedate college professor. However they do it...wouldn't make Romney look good.
