(46,436 posts)but he starts right out today with ragging on the president about the debate "performance," how awful it was, what on earth was wrong with him, etc. etc., and then he's got Ed rendell, of all people, co-signing. I'm just kind of sick of this piling on by people who are supposed to be on our side.
Maybe it's a guy thing, they want the down-and-dirty street fight, but speaking as a woman I appreciated obama's more nuanced approach. Anyone who knows me knows that I am not always an enthusiastic Obama supporter, but last night actually made me like him more.

(5,048 posts)How many times have we seen him run hot and cold on candidates, policies, and political parties. Recently he has been the big big sis boom bah rah rah rah champion of causes democratic. But we have also seen him be a total shit to all things progressive. I think its his bi-polar attempt to appear "fair and balanced."
