And then look at the "Failure to Bump" rMoney got.

See, the people aren't as stupid as the media and the bullshit-shovellers think they are.

The winner of that debate was BIG BIRD.

In the final analysis, it will be seen that this apparent "off his game" debate is merely a prologue.

Yesterday's debate is over, and I actually don't think he did as poorly as some pundits, or folks on message boards and social media sites, think.

Move on, Obama. It's the only thing he can do.

I don't know what debate you were watching last night, but in the one I saw he was setting Romney up by getting him to paint himself in a corner of his own lies.

There was absolutely nothing for the President to apologize for. He performed honestly and brilliantly.

Yes, John Wayne said that, so it is essentially bullshit. But in politics, it is a truth.

Don't apologize. Don't make excuses. When the bell rings, come out swinging like you care about the American People.

What he needs to do is not pay any attention to the panicky whining of the asshole pundits and continue to be himself. Yes it would help with a lot of dumb voters if he acted more like he wanted the job but that would require that he completely change who he is.

NEVER admit weakness to an enemy, never apologize.

and besides, Obama didn't do a weak job, he carefully thought through his information, he was measured, coherent, responsible and CALM.
THOSE are TRUE Leadership qualities.

Many of us here are always jumping up and down wanting Obama to point out the racism, the bullying the bullshit from the right. And time and time again, our POTUS pwns them without even ruffling a feather....How he does it is by being the antithesis of what they try to paint him as. We all need ot calm the fuck down, GOTV and Let our guy handle this moron. He knows exactly what he is doing.

The smarmy smugly self-entitled serial speed-liar's bullying discourtesy was evident for all to see - exactly what we do NOT want or need in a President - and there is no way that President Obama needs to apologize for letting Mittens hoist himself on his own petard.

Whether it was a conscious strategy for this debate or not, President Obama will do just fine on November 6, so long as we GOTV!

...it's never a good move to be apologetic about one's performance, with the possible exception of when there was a real meltdown of some sort. Obama did not appear to be on his "A game", that's for sure. But he did not commit any obvious gaffes, either, nor provide any sound bites or video segments that can be used against him. So just get on with the campaign and be better prepared next time for the barrage of lies.
