Anyone catch Romney's circular logic on Simpson-Bowles?
He blasted Obama for not grabbing it and running with it. Then when asked by the moderator if he supported Simpson-Bowles Romney said "No, I have my own plan. Then when pushed to describe how his plan would cut the deficit Romney said he was advancing a set of principles and guidelines for Congress to use to achieve that end, there were a number of specific approaches Congress could take in line with his plan. Then he ticked off Simpson-Bowles as one of them. Pure Romney.
