but more of a "Nanny State" letter. But still she did the right thing, wish she would name the person who wrote her that.

7. Classy. She's right nobody knows her or her health issues. She may be on drugs that put on weight

My sister received a kidney/liver transplant in February. The long recovery with little exercise, steroids and other anti-rejection drugs have definitely caused her to put on weight even though her diet hasn't changed a bit.

I'm on a monster load of steroids while my doctor searches for the right combo of drugs that will control my recently diagnosed asthma. I've packed on 10 lbs in 3 months! Even with heavy daily exercise and absolutely no extra calories.

Nobody knows the details of this woman's health. The cruelty about weight gain in our society doesn't help anyone shed pounds. It only makes guilt eating more likely. Vicious cycle repeats....
