I know some things that the national news media doesn't know

That Mitt Romney is NOT entitled to win the presidency.

Especially after running the worst presidential campaign I've ever seen in my entire life.

Especially since his party is not only morally bankrupt, but with its voter suppression campaign, it's corrupt as well.

Especially since Romney lies about everything, hides his money in overseas tax shelters and has utter contempt for anyone who isn't rich like he is.

Especially since he picked his granny punching running mate in order to pander to the radical right within his own party.

But especially and foremost, President Obama is heads up a better leader than Mitt could ever wish to be.

It's really maddening to see these people live in a bubble.

Just on the basis of the sheer incompetence of the candidate and his staff it's obvious he is totally unqualified to to be the leader of a nation. Factor in the dishonesty, ignorance and inhumanity of this man and you'd have to be a total idiot to vote for him.

If you don't know who owns, designs,
builds, programs, and operates the
'voting' system, you're not voting.

No electronic voting machines here in Oregon, we vote by mail, on paper ballots. Same thing in Washington State. The only use of a screen to vote on in Oregon is the use of tablets for people with disabilities which do not allow them to use a paper ballot. Election officials bring them a tablet which they use to vote on, then their ballot is printed up exactly like those able bodied people use. No record of the vote is kept in the tablet. The tablet is just a tool. This allows even more Oregonians to participate in our elections, which is how we approach the whole election thing. When I say 'officials bring them a tablet' I mean just that, they go to the voters, at centers or if needed to each home with such needs. Effort to be inclusive.
Interesting to note that in 2010 midterms we set records for voter participation, that is ballots returned.
How does it work where you live?

He's just another spoiled douche - "It's OUR turn" - Queen Ann 2012

The President is a true leader. In spite of everything, he does his best to be president of the whole country, not the 1%, 47%, 54% or Mitt's elusive 50.1% which he's said is all he needs to ruin the country even further.

This really IS the worst presidential campaign. This is the worst one my parents can remember (and at least one of them remembers Truman, which is extra weird, because he has Alzheimer's and is still pretty sure Romney is fucked). Palin was an idiot, but so was Dan Quayle, and at least John McCain had a reason to run other than "But I want to be president!"
