We need to inoculate our friends to the 'zingers'.

I have already started mentioning Romney's 'zinger' strategy on Facebook and plan to bring it up one way or the other every day between now and the debate. Those cute little remarks are going to seem a lot less powerful if they are seen as crafted rather than off the cuff. I think we need to tell the entire world that Romney has been practicing 'zingers' for two months.

Also, is Chris Christie an idiot? What kind of moron tells the world that the debate is going to be a total game changer and that the entire world is going to be so SUPER IMPRESSED with Romney after they see him debate that the angels are going to weep and the polls are going to flip over night. So, gee, pressure much? And what if he DOESN'T knock everybody's socks off? Which he hasn't managed to do yet. Raising expectations is stupid.

If you have a Facebook page, write about the zingers with some quotes from the articles here on the subject. If you don't, write an email mentioning them and send it to as many friends as you can. If everybody is expecting Romney to be tossing out one liners, their effect will be watered down.

He wants RMoney to fall on his face in the debates - it strengthens RMoney's chances of losing in November and, thus, Christie's chances of being the 2016 GOP nominee.

we need to broadcast as widely as possible that Romney is going to try to "zing" the President so he doesn't have to offer any substance in his debate appearance.

Maybe they won't understand the meaning of "substance"...maybe the meme should be that he will DISTRACT from the real issues by trying to "zing" the President...

or maybe by trying to "humiliate America's leader" in the debate...

any combination will do as long as it INOCULATES the public that Romney is going to play games in the most serious debate on issues our nation has faced in years.

From what I have heard of Mittwit's speeches, he will, no doubt, end up having to explain that what he just said was a zinger. Or maybe, his wife will come out to explain that for him.
