3. We live across the street from a cemetery

and had put our house up on the market about 15 years ago. Almost every person who looked at it mentioned that fact to the realtor! It's a beautifully maintained, tiny, Jewish cemetery with a large green space facing our house. I couldn't believe it. We took our sign down and stayed. Now the houses around us sell like hotcakes, but we're not budging. (Our pet ghost is "Rozman" but he stays outside).

4. The spirts can be very friendly

Lots of crystals, leave cookies out, burn candles, they will visit and often......
they like cats too!
