According to bill o'lielly and faux news, the bad news is for the democrats, because the polls
are all wrong and they are slanted and bias, and we should pay no attention to them.
He didnt say this about the polls that Romney was doing well in though.

I wonder what they'll come up with next when this one doesn't catch on.

(10,269 posts)and yeah, I know that trying to wrap your head around that is going to hurt in the morning, but it needs to be done in order to properly understand the truly Existential levels of pain America's Loons(TM) are going to be feeling come Valentine's Day...
Whether or not you choose to have any kind of sympathy for them after understanding that pain, is ENTIRELY up to you

(3,784 posts)They're claiming that the polls sampled 10% more Democrats than Republicans, so when you see that Obama has a lead of LESS than 10%, it actually means Rmoney is WINNING in those States. I know, makes your head hurt, right?

(35,392 posts)a Republican crowing about how the polls were saying how popular ... um ... uh ... I forget his name ... I think there was some guy between Clinton and Obama, wasn't there?

(8,377 posts)I expect at some point in the past, all of them were reasonably grounded, lucid people. But they have been so invested in this hate machine for so many years now, they aren't far from Jonestown.
Somebody should be watching all of these people very closely. They are seriously disturbed.

(3,960 posts)The first is self explanatory. The second is a bit more complex. Republicans, especially Rove, love to use psychological projection as a tool to sway voters. The thinking is if you blame the media and blame their bad overly weighted polls on Stench's poor numbers, people will become more sympathetic to him and blame the Obama biased media for his potential downfall. They tried to do this in 08 a few weeks before the election as well. Will it work? I doubt it, but it may pressure some pollsters to fix their weights with less Dem's, in effect, skewing the polls like Rasmussen does.
