Scott Walker has figured it out. Romney's polling sucks because Republicans don't talk to pollsters.

Scott Walker: Conservatives Are Reluctant To Talk To Pollsters
Tom Kludt 4:44 PM EDT, Wednesday September 26, 2012

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) on Wednesday joined the chorus of Republicans pushing back against the slew of polls showing President Barack Obama expanding his lead in various swing states.

Asserting that the race is still "incredibly tight" in states such as Ohio, Walker told Fox's Neil Cavuto that the recent surveys may be undersampling Romney voters because Republicans are often reticent when approached by pollsters, pointing to exit polls that incorrectly suggested he would face a tight recall fight in June. Walker ended up winning the recall election over Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett by a comfortable margin.

"Particularly in the exit polls, and sometimes people who tend to be a little bit more right-of-center, conservative voters are reluctant to talk to the media, period," Walker said. "And so they under-represent the sample."

how the M$M and the ReThuglicans used that to "explain" the conspicuous gap
between exit polls and the "official results" in 2004, esp. in swing states?

Funny how the exit polls seem to ALWAYS show a higher democratic percentage. When has the exit polls ever shown higher Republican percentage of the vote and the democrat won by comfortable lead. Its tnot the exit polls that "incorrectly suggested he would face a tight recall," it was the voting machines that incorrectly tabulated votes leading to the fixed results.

A democrat has to actually win by 5% of the vote just to win by 2%. The sad part is that seems to be common knowledge and just accepted; "__ ___ needs a big enough lead so they can't steal it." Well when are they going to deal with Diebold. Geez, this should have been dealt with in 2008.
