"The Stench" Paul Ryan's alleged nickname of Mitt behind his backLast edited Tue Sep 25, 2012, 10:36 PM USA/ET - Edit history (1)
Being reported on Lawerance O'donnell PLEASE LET THIS BE TRUE ETA: Here's the link to the full article http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0912/81618.html?hp=l1 Paul Ryan vs. The Stench Simon says despite Dan Senor’s efforts, Ryan veered off message in Orlando, Fla. | AP Photo By ROGER SIMON | 9/25/12 4:38 AM EDT Paul Ryan has gone rogue. He is unleashed, unchained, off the hook. “I hate to say this, but if Ryan wants to run for national office again, he’ll probably have to wash the stench of Romney off of him,” Craig Robinson, a former political director of the Republican Party of Iowa, told The New York Times on Sunday. Coming from a resident of Iowa, a state where people are polite even to soybeans, this was a powerful condemnation of the Republican nominee. Though Ryan had already decided to distance himself from the floundering Romney campaign, he now feels totally uninhibited. Reportedly, he has been marching around his campaign bus, saying things like, “If Stench calls, take a message” and “Tell Stench I’m having finger sandwiches with Peggy Noonan and will text him later.” Even before the stench article appeared, there was a strong sign that Ryan was freeing himself from the grips of the Romney campaign. It began after his disastrous appearance on Friday before AARP in New Orleans. Ryan delivered his remarks in the style dictated by his Romney handlers: Stand behind the lectern, read the speech as written and don’t stray from the script. Last edited Tue Sep 25, 2012, 11:27 PM USA/ET - Edit history (1) Up to now, Lyin' Ryan has been somewhat of a conservative Golden Boy, supposedly gifted with great political powers and advanced inteligence. Now that Lyin' Ryan has been sharing the stinky spotlight with Rmoney, it has become apparent that Lyin' Ryan is just that: a lying son-of-a-bitch with no special powers and perhaps average intelligence.

He was flying pretty good till he got linked up with an idiot.
So much is coming out about him that he'll have a hard time getting elected to anything in the future. 71. The article is hilarious.

Next to last line of the article really cracked me up:
"Sources close to the Ryan campaign tell me his two new PowerPoint presentations will be: “How a Bill Becomes Law” and “Canada: Friendly Giant to the North.”" |

72. Ryan is finally understanding what a huge mistake he made accepting the nomination
|
The Romney campaign is going to treat him the same way they did with Palin. Well maybe they won't make the same mistake with the clothes.

73. It is clear to me that Ryan want's distance....

What would happen if he pulled out of the campaign? Anyone thought about that? It's a free country; you can't be forced to run for VP so why not try to make up for losses. But the question would be whether it would stigmatize Ryan's political future as a turn coat or if it would actually help him recoup.
If he did pull out, damn, that would be some downer for the Repugs let alone Romney. |

74. Ryan's problem isn't Romney-- it's that he's now talking to a national audience, not

79. This is satire--the best kind of satire
|
When it's so close to the truth of what could really happen that people believe it!
Like Sarah Palin never actually said "I can see Russia from my house"--that was Tina Fey |
