Mitt Romney believes it's a problem that windows don't open on planes!

Posted here already but reposting because this is $#@$%ing hilarious!

"When you have a fire in an aircraft, there’s no place to go, exactly, there’s no — and you can’t find any oxygen from outside the aircraft to get in the aircraft, because the windows don’t open. I don’t know why they don’t do that. It’s a real problem." Mitt Romney

One glitch programmers haven't been yet been able to iron out of Mitt Romney is the candidate's preference for eating only the tops of muffins, based on the specious hypothesis that, during the baking process, the butter melts (that's what butter does, it melts) and the fat sinks to the bottom. The whole-grain flour and, um, flax seeds, meanwhile, float. To the top. They float to the top of the muffin.

I mean, I'm laughing about the muffins and the airplane windows, but it's actually an extremely serious problem. This is a guy who isn't smart enough to weigh the evidence about global warming or environmental disasters or anything involving science. And it's pretty easy to extrapolate this into a valid concern that he just doesn't know how to, well, think, frankly. And I'm not trying to be all "Republicans are dumb," I mean specifically that Mitt Romney may be genuinely dumb except for his merciless intelligence in running a private equity firm.
