Anlin Windows - Anti Obama Signs

This is the newest:

They make energy efficient windows and have benefited directly from the stimulus, aka, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act since their customers received rebates for buying their product. They have a direct link from their website to the Federal Government Assistance website. Of course, we all know they have benefited from all of the other things our society offers through our government: roads, schools, fire department, police, etc.

After looking at the sign several times, I realized that not only are they hypocrites and disrespectful to the President, addressing him as Mr. Obama... they are using the dog whistle of Psalm 109.8 which says:

Let his days be few; and let another take his office.

the next line says:

Let his children be fatherless and his wife a widow.

I know this Psalm has been popular with the right wing crazies on bumper stickers and teeshirts but apparently we are not supposed to take this as a threat to the man; they are just calling for him to removed from office.

They have had this lovely sign up for years, even before President Obama was elected.

Here is the old sign they had when they had a president they respected in office.

Here is the front of their building. I don't have a pic of the the main corner of the property, but there is a huge cross and the American flag along with the flag from each military division.

All of these signs are posted in multiple places so traffic on all streets can see them.

The company is Anlin Windows in Clovis, CA

http://www.anlin.com

I'm pretty upset about the newest sign. What do you think of my neighbor?

The government educated your workforce, so they could build your windows.

The government educated your customers, so they could find jobs that paid enough to afford your windows.

The government built the roads so that your customers could get to their high-paying jobs.

The government built the roads your employees use to get to your factory.

The government built the roads your truck drivers used to deliver your products.

The government build the roads your customers used to buy your products.

The government built the harbors that your suppliers used to import raw materials.

The government built the roads that your suppliers used to ship finished materials to your factory.

The government insures the nuclear power plants that power your factory.

So, if you believe in what you say, move to Somilia. where the people free of government-mandated basic education and a government-imposed transportation infrastructure can build and buy your products.

Else, STFU.

people who dare disagree with you a lesson about speaking against Obama, or expressing a belief in God, or disagreeing with you on the role of the government. Those were the pics you posted. And you've admitted you don't believe there was any threat implied, but wanted to make them feel uncomfortable. Your words. You wanted to intimidate them, because they had expressed political views opposite of yours. Fucked up.

And you tie up federal investigators to carry out this small-minded vendetta of yours.

Let me ask you, how plausible is it, do you think, that a DUer who believes our rights and freedoms are far more important than any politician or party, and are worth defending, as many have done with their lives, how plausible do you think it is such a DUer would gather screen-grabs of your admissions and intents and pass those along to the SS and the target of your bs assault? Do you think that is likely? Wouldn't it be ironic if it were true, if such a sneaky little act came back to bite you in the ass?

(yeah, I posted this same response in the other thread, please don't call the ss)

You think it was fucked up? Based on the fact that you have decided that I did not have "concern for a life"?

Pick and choose much?

In my first response I post Frank Schaeffer's opinion as being my guide:

"No, actually it means something more threatening. ...snip..... Really, this is trawling for assassins. And this is serious business. "

Skip Into, yes, I get that Anlin has the right to free speech, but to change that to that I only want to teach them not to "dare to disagree" with me is wrong. What you said was "fucked up."

As to your last paragraph, REALLY????? You are threatening me because I called the Secret Service, REALLY?

BITE ME.

You said twice your intent was to make these people squirm regardless.

I don't want to bite you. But I will call your bullshit.
