Larry Flynt Did A Spoof With Jerry Falwell Losing His Virginity In A Drunken Stupor To His Late Mom

If a bunch of Fundies attacked Flynt's corporate headquarters in Los Angeles should Larry Flynt have been arrested and prosecuted for 'inciting a riot'

And if your answer is no how can you logically argue that the makers of the crap Muslim film be prosecuted?
