I remember when a Democrat in the House or Senate was over in a different country ... and the "liberally-biased media" allowed a bunch of RW nutjobs to say she was committing treason for "negotiating" deals with foreign countries ... (um, no, she wasn't, she was just talking to leaders).

And how about how John Kerry got blasted for saying "I have talked to several foreign leaders ..."?

I think he could actually be trusted.

Romney? Fuck no. That guy is a fucking snake. The Obama Administration needs to give him some bogus documentation or something.

8. I personally don't have a problem with him getting the briefings because

first of all he is NOT the POTUS so the information he will be getting, while no doubt classified, will still be select information that the NSA thinks he can be trusted with. I would imagine that information is probably going to be so vague that he might be better off not getting a briefing at all.

Secondly, since this practice is only a tradition and not the law I don't think President Obama is going to let him have info that would give him an advantage in the campaign.

12. the idiot took a tweet and interjected himself, dangerously and recklessly into a RT crisis

. . . and the administration is still trying to maintain a careful and critical balance around that interference into this sensitive situation. I can only imagine what he could/would do with more intel and anticipate the worst. Where hasn't he already blundered in with his opportunistic campaign?.
