When Romney speaks check the expiration date.
Barney Frank (always good for a brilliant quote) said this on MSNBC just now. He said that if you quote something that Romney has said in the past you have to "check the expiration date" because it may not be what he believes now.
When he leaves the House I hope Barney sticks around as a commentator on the news shows.
