i thought Ann Romney's Speech was Horrible but Media is telling us otherwise

ANn Romney came off as everything the media has accused Democratic women and candidate wives of being. she was NOT Warm.

she came off as condescending, arrogant, fake, etc. FUCK HER

she was WORSE than Palin.

but the fucking whores in the media are telling us what a great person she is and how she is making her husband real and other shit.

i think this is one of the clearest examples of media whoring. her speech was so obviously NOT GOOD , yet they tell us THAT is something good ??????????

ANN Romney came off as an asshole . someone in the media needs to call it out.

I got on the phone -- in those pre-internet days -- to a friend, and said, "I wonder if Reagan's just lost the election!"

But in the hours and days that followed, the media dutifully told us how "well" Reagan did, making everyone doubt the very thing they saw with their own eyes.

to this day i don't know why that line is considered something good.

someone posted a text of what Carter had said in which Reagan replied with that line. it was on medicare i think and some other important issue. but it was an important issue full of substance .

Ann's arrogant smirk kept threatening to completely take over
her face, so that she would visibly have to push it back into her
head, and she kept up the "you people" thing (referring to those
of us who are not millionaires) only changed it to "you guys ...
I know you guys".

Your first gut reaction to that...multiply that by the Millions. Now those who hate Obama, nothing changed last night...but those seeing Ann Romney for the first time, that gut check will stick. Human Nature. Ann did no favors for the ticket last night. The media isn't going to change that.

to these clowns is beyond me. Personally I have been avoiding news broadcasts so as to not be exposed to fascist, corporatist propaganda.
If you get some of that on your skin, its is difficult to clean off and stinks to high heaven.

She plays the part of the "warmer, better half" to the stiff and misunderstood candidate. It was felt that would help make the election more of a horse race.
