Limbaugh takes aim at Obama over hurricane forecast

Rush Limbaugh claimed in his radio show Wednesday that the National Hurricane Center's warning that Tropical Storm Isaac could hit the Republican convention in Florida next week was wishful thinking, according to rawstory.com.
"The National Hurricane Center is Obama," he said. "The National Weather Service is part of the Commerce Department. It is Obama."

Limbaugh questioned the need for the National Hurricane Center, which tracks such storms.
"They are talking about this Hurricane Isaac thing," he reportedly said. " We, who live in south Florida, become experts on it and we don't need the National Hurricane Center -- we don't need all these weather dolts analyzing this for us."

May the storm avoid every single bit of property and human life--but maybe just spawn a tornado to clear cut a certain blustering RW cretin talk show host's palatial mansion.

Sure...NOAA does the President's bidding.
It's probably part of Tea Party plans to privatize anything not in the Constitution...in their world you should purchase your weather warning coverage from a local, private weather forecaster. Can't afford it? Tough shit! Sucks to be you if a tornado hits your house!!
I considered joining the NOAA Commissioned Corps many moons ago. Turns out I would have been kowtowing to Obama's will and didn't know it at the time.

He's an idiot...if there were no NHS or they didn't try to predict the path of life endangering storms and one snuck up and hammered his house, he'd be the first to complain about it, and probably blame democrats.
