Please send this to anyone that you know of who's considering voting for Mitt Romney

Dear Fellow Registered Voting American,

If you're like me, you are greatly anticipating casting your vote for president this November. Now, although I have no idea about who you're planning to vote for, I'm going to tell you why it's not a good idea to vote for Mitt Romney.

This is a man who confuses me. Let me tell you:

He's a successful businessman, that much is evident. But why does he always seem to run away from any attention to his success? He seems ashamed of it. I don't know why he does that. Is he afraid that people will take a closer look at his success as a businessman?

What is he trying to hide?

He's a successful former governor. But why doesn't he talk about his experience in office, all the great things that he did for Massachusetts. I keep waiting for him to boost his record, but he never, ever does. Why isn't he on the stump telling everyone the great ideas that he brought to his state that he's going to spread to the rest of the country if he ever reaches the White House?

Why isn't he telling us more?

Why can't he be more open about his tax returns? This goes back to his success as a businessman. He should be open and proud about his success and his tax returns can show how he's great steward of his finances. Wouldn't that be a great way to show how he could be qualified to take care of the Nation's finances? But he doesn't do it. His own father released twelve years of returns, which was his way of saying that if anyone wasn't open about their taxes then they believed that they had something to hide.

What's in his tax returns that's so horrible?

Mitt is a man who says that has strong moral beliefs about the Right to Life, but he never seems to prove it. When Congressman Akin stood up for the rights of the precious unborn, Romney was right there with the rest of his party, trying to shut him up. The entire backlash is only a cowardly surrender to politics that always happens it looks like the politicians are afraid of stepping on toes. You never know what these people are standing for. If they really believed what they said that they're standing for, they would be proud and unafraid.

Why does he only seem to take stands that are politically convenient?

He lies too much. He lies about everything. He lies when it would be to his advantage to tell the truth. He says one thing one day and something else completely different the next. I can't trust anything he ever says. Nothing about Medicare, or Social Security or on anything else at all. It's not like I'm not paying attention, is that why he thinks that he can get away with it, he thinks that we're not paying attention? Does he think we're stupid?

Why does he think that we're stupid enough to let him get away with lying all of the time?

He's dishonest, untruthful, undedicated and untrustworthy. He has no business at all to ever go into the White House.

I don't care about his religion, or the fact that he never served our country when he supported the war, or about what he did to his dog. If those things matter to you, that's for you to figure out.

But what really matters to me is his integrity and he has none to me. None whatsoever.

Maybe you're not going to vote for Obama, maybe you are, there are great arguments on both sides about why you should or why you shouldn't. But I can't see any good reason to vote for Romney. Even if you aren't voting for Obama, not voting at all or writing in anyone else would be better voting for Mitt Romney. I don't get the sense that he's ready to lead, especially with all the problems that the country are going through.

All of us should ask ourselves if Mitt Romney is ready to lead. I don't even know if HE thinks he's ready to lead. If he does, he's not telling us why.

See you in November.

Signed,

A Concerned American Voter.

and those are inconvenient questions for those who are going to vote R this Fall.

Truth be told they will vote for him because, President Obama is Black & a Democrat or a Democrat and Black. Even those who really can't stand Romney will go to the polls to vote against the President.

Romney is white. So the racists will vote for him no matter what.

It would be nice if someone in the media would point out this simple fact. I know a great many people in the $25K salary range who plan to vote for Rmoney because "he understands what we're going through." In the context of the conversation, the subtext is obvious.

It is too bad better candidates did not step forward. It is a terrible waste of time and advertising money when you consider the "choice". There was no way I would ever have voted for McCain & Palin, Romney appears absolutely no better. In a conversation today my Mom, who follows every political word, said something about lowering minimum wage in addition to his other great ideas. I want the guy to tell me/us just what exactly does he expect these people to do??? At minimum wage, working 40 hours a week a single income family can no way make ends meet as it is, sad, sad, sad. I think even two income earners at minimum wage would have difficulty making things work. Is Romney going to tell landlords to lower rent, grocers to lower food prices, fuel?? Let's see that guy survive on today's minimum wage for a couple of months. He would forget about lowering it!!

Although anthorpologists rummage through garbage piles to find out civilizations lived, people should stop rummaging through Romney's garbage proposals in order to find something meaningful there.

With Mitt, there is no "there" there.

I really don't understand how people can fall for his obvious bullshit.

Oh, by the way… WELCOME TO DU!
