Meet the GOP: the party of rape
Of course, my headline might be somewhat misleading. Rethugs don't really support rape. At least, not "legitimate" rape. You know, if the woman can prove she was raped in a court of law; if she was beaten, bloodied, bruised, and there is concrete proof that the rapist forcibly committed the rape.
Because we now know that anything else isn't really rape in the GOP's eyes. Date rape? Doesn't exist. She must have been leading the guy on, and even if she said "no" - her eyes and actions were probably saying "yes".
Taking advantage of someone who is drunk or drugged, or otherwise incapable of giving consent? She shouldn't have put herself in that situation to begin with.
Did she dress provocatively? We know that men can't control their sexual urges, so we must look at anything the woman might have done to provoke the man.
Incest? That doesn't count as rape either. After all, without incest in the Garden of Eden, none of us would be around!
