Hahahahahahahaha!!!!! <gasp> ... BWAAAHAAAAHAAA...

Pretty sure the vetting team missed that one. That needs to be in every ad from here to the election. Paul Ryan, defender of the effectiveness of economic stimulus.... explainer of the fact that unemployment lags recovery after recessions... exposer of GOP hypocrisy and deliberate sabotage of economic recovery by denying those things that THEY SAID WERE TRUE WHEN BUSH WAS PRESIDENT when Obama is in office so they can vote against them happening when they're desperately needed.

(Oh, and when Bush asked for a stimulus and the country needed it? Passed the Senate 85-9 and the House 417-3 despite the opposition party being... uh... less than pleased with him occupying the office. Tells you everything you need to know doesn't it?)

"What we're trying to accomplish today with the passage of this third stimulus package is to create jobs and help the unemployed," Ryan said, in comments unearthed by MSNBC's "Up with Chris Hayes" and provided to HuffPost. "What we're trying to accomplish is to pass the kinds of legislation that when they've passed in the past have grown the economy and gotten people back to work." . .

"In recessions unemployment lags on well after a recovery has taken place," Ryan accurately noted in 2002.

Using republicans own words against them in ads is so unfair!
Obviously Ryans position is that stimulii are good for white republican presidents, and don t work for black democratic presidents.

that will counter every repub lie told at their convention. Video is more compelling than speakers. Also, during the convention, viewers will be more focused and wanting to see how the Dems respond to the RNC attacks.

There is no way and not enough money in the world for the Dems to counter the flurry and onslaught of repub lies. The repubs and their superpacs know that and will keep laying the lies on thick. They need to address the lies with video at the convention, IMO.
