Outlaw ACA by Amending Florida Constitution?

http://election.dos.state.fl.us/initiatives/initdetail.asp?account=10&seqnum=77

So the judge denied their suit so now they are attempting, very quietly, to outaw it to their state consitution? How many people here know this? Rick Scott is now King of his own country?

Oh, man, these people won't take no for an awswer. If this is how I am reading this amendment, the Feds better start their own suit.

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding.

It is a little disconcerting--but not surprising--that Florida Republicans fail to understand that.
