Clint Eastwood endorses Romney

Clint Eastwood just made Mitt Romney's day.
The Dirty Harry star and Oscar-winning director of Unforgiven and Million Dollar Baby endorsed the Republican presidential candidate Friday night during a Sun Valley, Idaho fundraiser.
'I think the country needs a boost,' Eastwood told The Associated Press as he joined other Romney supporters for the private campaign event.

but he does look like he could be president,' Eastwood joked. 'As the years have gone by I began to think even more so about that.'

Eastwood, 82, said he hoped Romney would restore 'a decent tax system that we need badly ... so that there's a fairness and people are not pitted against one another as who's paying taxes and who isn't.'

Surely the fairness should be based on everyone paying their fair share and not letting the super-rich use accounting tricks to pay nothing.

I'm disappointed in Clint, I thought he was one of the good guys, maybe a bit of a curmudgeon but deep down he was on the side of the working man and woman. This proves that he isn't (or maybe he's just bowled over by Romney's looks).

except the one year he voted for Ron Paul.

I believe he ran as a Dem for mayor of Carmel, but if so, who knows why.

They were FAR more successful than those naked apes called "humans."

They lived on Earth for hundreds of millions of years.

I can't believe all the entitled people coming out of the woodwork to endorse RMoney. Chuck Norris is a B grade actor if that. Hank Williams Jr made one record that anyone would recognize and it was lousy by country music standards. Ted Nugent's career was tanking when he decided he would be a gun activist and hater of Democrats slandering Obama and all Democrats when he has a gun club audience. Now we have the sour-faced Clint Eastwood just about to die before he could endorse RMoney as well.

These are the entitled of America. Somehow luck and good fortune came their way and now they cannot fail to disappoint many of the same people who paid to see their shows and films during a campaign on behalf of the entitled elite who only want to keep all they got.

Then I think if it was me and I had made a good fortune by prayer and luck, that I would want to deliberately duck a political endorsement by politely explaining that it might hurt the very people who made my success possible. I would feel like I was simply blessed by good fortune and vote on behalf of those who for one reason or another did not. But not the entitled. They want it all.

So yeah, I'm making my list and checking it twice; and I will never support anything they aspire to do in the future. Even if they were asked to make an endorsement, they only had to defer knowing their politics were not any more important that some poor person's vote who really is in a constant trouble to survive. It just make me want to defecate. I no longer like these entitled endorsers of RMoney. I have more respect for those who do support RMoney but keep it to themselves.
