2. How is Mittfalca violating election laws

and not facing any consequences? Shouldn't someone be pursuing this as well?

Literally, "where there is no judge, there will be no executioner."

In other words, if no one files a formal complaint (and note that many battleground states
currently have Republican governors), no one will start an investigation or a lawsuit.
