Stratfor Emails: Covert Special Ops Inside Syria Since December
Special operations forces from the U.S. and its allies have been on the ground in Syria since at least December, according to confidential emails from the private intelligence firm Stratfor that were released by WikiLeaks.
An analyst from Stratfor claimed in December 2011 that officials at the Pentagon clued him in on covert military operations taking place in Syria. “After a couple hours of talking, they said without saying that SOF teams (presumably from US, UK, France, Jordan, Turkey) are already on the ground focused on recce missions and training opposition forces,” the email said. http://news.antiwar.com/2012/03/07/stratfor-emails-covert-special-ops-inside-syria-since-december/

the old plans of the neocons to 'rearrange' the ME to their liking!
What I don't get is why they still have so much power AFTER we threw them out? Libya and Syria, how many countries left on that old list now? Anyone fueling the flames of this horrific 'war' has blood on their hands. Using proxies to fight our wars, the 'new way' according to Clinton, may seem clever to them, and they may think that they are avoiding being criticized for invading so many countries in the ME and Africa, but that is only because they underestimate the intelligence of the average person. Everyone who was not blinded by their own agendas, knew that neither Libya nor Syria was anything other than just one more Western intervention in ME country. Because we colonialists still know what is best for those lesser beings in the ME and Africa! Not to mention we want their stuff as always! Or control of it. Shameful and criminal. Where is the anti-war movement? |

It has been pretty obvious the US and allies have been the "grassroots" behind the entire "middle eastern awaking".
Giving air cover to "rebels" was pretty much the most overt give away possible, short of sending out flyers with their names on them. |

is just the continuation of the bush foreign policy, which is the foreign policy of our ruling class & its allies -- or relatives, since the global ruling class is intermarried to some degree.
