Normally it's a collection of fairly reasonable people with the occasional incursion by a Freeper who gets shouted down.

Today most of the threads are wall-to-wall Freeper.

I spent a year and a half over there before coming back to DU, where trolls are tombstoned with extreme prejudice.

They're like roaches over at HP.

They do attract alot of gopers.
One day I had one respond to 3 of my comments! I finally asked him if he was stalking me.
Creepers.

Ignore. It's just a comment page, not a place where you are going to be able to have an adult conversation -
especially with the type of creepers that post on a left-leaning news site.
