In a word... gross. It's so much better to make your own batter & crumbs to taste with an organic chicken that you've cut up yourself. So fucking incredibly better.

KFC over the other places. You are sooo correct, it's much better when you do it yourself! One place I do really prefer over all others is Subway.

Open at midnight with London closed, you fed this bewildered New Yorker (HOW CAN A MAJOR CITY JUST CLOSE????) for three nights till I departed for Sligo which never closed except lunchtime.

I am not an experienced traveler.

Nothing goes better with a bucket of chicken, mashed potatoes, brown beans, and a large Coca-cola than a little love.

Chick-Fil-A is dead to me.
I will never ever, ever eat there.

I'm sure they have many motivated employees that would switch. I'm also sure their food and service can be beaten.

8. Eh. CFA has food I like - KFC has nothing I like.

But CFA is greasy and expensive - I can spend $20 on nuggets and waffle fries and STILL be hungry when I leave. If I'm eating chicken it's probably going to be Pollo Tropical.
