Crowds Stop Traffic to Appreciate Chick-Fil-A
Bigots with bigots!
?w=400
See: http://fox4kc.com/2012/08/01/crowds-stop-traffic-to-appreciate-chick-fil-a/ KANSAS CITY, Kan. — People in the Kansas City metro area and all around the nation lined up on Wednesday to get their chicken sandwich and show their support for Chick-fil-A and its president’s views of same-sex marriage.
When FOX 4 first arrived at the Chick-fil-A at The Legends, there were about 30 cars in the drive-through lane and about 30 people inside. But that was before noon. The crowds grew larger throughout the afternoon, and although no officials numbers have been released yet, it was certainly one of Chick-fil-A’s busiest days for lunch and took much longer than normal to place an order.

Tiny piece of grisly chicken, greasy on a crusty biscuit for like $5.
They can keep that crap, nasty unless you are absolutely weak from hunger. |

16. That's a good thing?
|
Giving business to fast food/big agriculture so they can spend more money lobbying? Increasing obesity and straining the health care system, the costs of which get passed on to you and me?
Seems to me it would be a lot better for the country if we all at less of this stuff, conservatives included. |

15. Of course the report was from Channel 4.
|
It's the local Fox station here in KC.
Sure, traffic might be heavy today but what about tomorrow? And next week? And next month? They need to have one of these days every week in order to make up for the traffic they have been losing during the rest of the week. |

19. I wonder if the crowd was really that big or if they made it more than it
|
was? They only list two in all of KC and they aren't even remotely close to each other.

20. Of course, that's just KC proper.
|
I'm sure there are some in Independence and such.
Looked it up: Blue Springs, Independence Center, Ward Parkway, UMKC, Liberty and we have one in Warrensburg on the UCM campus. That doesn't include JoCo, KS, where I'm sure there are a few. I'd say they are including the KCMO/KCK region, which is multi county. And a few on my facebook page said that traffic was nasty near one of the at lunchtime. (I can't remember which one.) |

21. They opened an "Inn-N-Out" in Pleasant Hill ...
|
About a month ago. for the first week they had a hard time dealing with all the folks. It is still tough getting in. Yet no one at Inn-N-Out made any statement like the fool from Chick-a-drip. Besides that they pay well. |
