"Sarah Palin for President!!" The Governor's dream in three swaths:

1. Mitt Romney drops out due to withholding tax returns and plummeting poll numbers as electorate realizes he's hiding something terribly damaging . . . at urging of Rove (or Koch brothers, or . . .?) prior to convention.

2. At the convention (she dreams on) someone shouts SARAH, and after a fiery speech, a majority of delegates switch their votes to her.

3. She beats Obama soundly.

(Of course she may quit after two years, but . . .)

Terribly unlikely, but this might well be her dream. . . . She's already talking as though she's running for office. (Might she have been somewhat privy to Romney's tax situation as McCain's running mate . . . Perhaps she was told something like: "Romney's tax returns did him in! No question," so she has been waiting for weeks for Romney to be in this position.
