'Mitt Romney Saved The Olympics'

Some scumball superpac is packing the TV, Radio, and Web with this headline.

They do say it's the 2002 Winter Olympics, but it's buried past the headline.

I wonder how many people now think that Rmoney 'saved' the current Olympics?

Much more money was given to Mitt than to the Atlanta Olympics. That means you and I and other taxpayers saved the Olympics.

Last I recall, we, the taxpayers, put in about $1.4 billion dollars to save the Olympics. If you want to give Romney credit for lobbying for the money, then so be it.

No matter your political leaning, Mitt Romney should be given credit for stepping in and saving the Olympics in 2002.

I just about puked.
