(2,921 posts)Fucking wow.
Someone call in CPS on that kid. His parents are obviously teaching him the wrong lessons.
And someone take the stupid gun away from him. Learn that it's not open carry in his own state (iF I looked at the flags right)

(19,458 posts)What kind of animal puts those words in a little child's mouth like that? The the gun and the sunglasses... that is just sick, sick, parenting.
I don't care what Party someone is from, a child that age does NOT know right from wrong, and does not undersand any of that.

(14,910 posts)By the way, nice "responsible gun ownership" the parents have taught this child; firearms are never to be pointed in the manner depicted in the video.

I'm not saying they are valid points. Just easily regurgitated by six year olds.

(595 posts)Every video I see with a little kid talking politics or at a protest I cringe a little... They are to young to understand all aspects of what they are standing up for. Both Progressive and Conservative goals can be boiled down to little nuggets that sound reasonable to a 10 year old...
For this reason I do not push my politics on my Kids... I do not take them to political events... and I would not make them my spokesperson... If they have questions about politics or anything really I try and talk to both sides of it... I want them to feel comfortable enough to chart their own path...
My dad is very very conservative... but he basically did the same thing with us... he has no problems with any of his kids decisions and about the time we could drive many lively but civil family discussion over issues... In the end the the kids ended up split politically... one economic conservative (while being socially very liberal), on liberal and on agnostic...
