Has Scalia completely lost it??

Scalia suggests women have no right to contraception.

Handheld rocket launchers could be constitutional.

Scalia steps up criticism of health care ruling.

I mean, he is aware there's an election on, right? That Presidents have some sort of influence on the future makeup of the Supreme Court? Or is he so confident of an Rmoney win that he simply no longer cares?

The President can only veto their actions and not always.

Scalia has nothing to lose.

at the moment. The Senate is still Democratic, for one thing.

All branches of government are either controlled by, or neutered by, the GOP.

This is why the recovery is stagnant.

The President needs to address the people in prime time and call them out.

The Constitution I learned about in school said no such thing. You have a different version?

(This is where you run the "it allows The Senate to make it's own rules," meme. But of course the rules are written in stone and NEVER can be changed. Uh huh.)

Another Obama victory means another blow to the GOP's dream of domination. He comes across as ranting and raving now. Not a good sign and if he can't see it himself, he will only get worse.

If it's not in the constitution, leave it alone in those cases. Women would have always been able to get contaceptives. It's not like it has to be an official right for it to be allowed.

Scalia is a Catholic. As people are now learning, the Catholic Church is against all forms of "artificial" contraception and sterilization, and that includes for men too.

...penalty and so he's doing it. I think the Clarence Thomas debacle showed there's very little that can be done to remove a Justice from the bench in situations even worse than the ones he's caused.
