Ever since Reagan made it a point to be seen "clearing brush" at his California "ranch", every GOP candidate for Pres has tried to do something to show that they are created in the mold of Teddy Rosevelt and not just a "pretender for the throne". The "Romney is a wimp" meme is gaining traction and the horse dancing event Thursday isn't going to help.

So the question is... what sort of activity will be Romney's proof of his machismo?

I'm gonna say he'll do some sort of military related photo-op that won't require him exerting himself much.

1. He might try to do that. He lacks the skill set to pull it off.

Reagan was very good at that sort of thing. Romney has none of those chops. Ronnie was an actor and knew how to 'play' such press moments. Mitt's entire problem is that he is clueless in that regard. He has no idea at all how he is playing to the crowd or the camera. No idea at all.
