CNN Shoveling Up Mitt's Horseshit!

Just saw a CNN clip on line. They were comparing that asshole's endless London gaffs with the Obama toast at the state dinner when the band started playing God Save the Queen over his toast! They then went to people on the street - one couple - who said to cut Mitt some slack while slamming their own British press as garbage. The tape kept rolling after and the reporter made funny faces like he wanted to gag for having to do this bit! (They, of course, also hyped the remainder of his grand tour and how Obama screwed the Poles....sounds like this is going to be Mitt's big theme). Why does Mitt have to bother raising money when he has this whole army of whitewashing, ass kissers??

I see this now.

I used to be a big CNN fan but it has gone downhill since Ted Turner sold it.

The turning point in my opinion of it was when Jon Stewart came on CROSS TALK and shocked the heck out of the the bow tie guy and Paul Begalia.... I will never forget that day. I thought it was a joke at first but Jon was dead serious and I realized it after a few minutes. and he was spot on then and still is spot on now.

I used to watch CNN all day for background noise. I realized it was biased, but I like to know what the main lies are and how to counter them. It's gotten so bad - I mean, it's gotten exponentially worse over the last year - I can't watch it anymore. At all. It's worse than Fox news - at least at Fox you know where they stand. CNN pretends they are hardcore journalists, while trying to dig up anything to make it 'both sides do it'. They cannot report on a *single* fucking story about republicans without ending it, "well, you know, last year the democrats...blahblahblah <insert something a hundredth as bad> so this isn't a partisan issue." They should be embarrassed and ashamed at what their channel has become. That SC ACA decision was the last straw for me.

piece yesterday. I felt like reaching through the telescreen, grabbing her by the hair and demanding that she report the truth. Obama did NOT make the "gaffe" by making the toast. The durned band started playing AFTER Obama had been speaking. It was reported in every news outlet at the time - including CNN. Check out their OWN reporting at the time:

Seriously? Biden may say stupid things every now and then but I cannot recall him becoming the laughing stock of the world.

And besides, the more people get to know Joe Biden, the more people like him.
The more people get to know Mitt, the more they despise him.

Plenty Of ‘I Told You So’ To Go Around

David Kurtz

Sympathy today for the adviser(s) at Romney HQ in Boston who thought the foreign trip was a bad idea to begin with because anything that takes the attention off the economy is a miscalculation. If I were in the same office with them, I might quietly hide sharp objects, bound briefing books, and anything else that could be used as a weapon.
