many thought. he got where he is because of name and money. i think because of all the other losers running some of his stupidity wasn't shown much. and in 2008 people like Huckabee and McCain took the attention away from him.

but many assumed he was probably smart . a boring guy but good on policy.

but he is boring, a dumbass on policy issues, an asshole. there is just nothing going for him. he doesn't even appeal to the stupid wingnuts that Bush appealed to.

He's not stupid, like Chimpoleon was, but he sure is dumb. As a post.

Tricky Dick Nixxon was loosey-goosey and amiable compared to the Mittwit.

Reading through various stories I noticed they don't particularly care for his flipflops going back to his governorship and I keep seeing displeasure that he's not a real Republican (RINO) and some don't like his religion one bit.

He's got problems with his base, not sure how that's gonna play out.

I keep thinking about that scene from "Blazing Saddles" where the Gabby Hayes character discovers the new sheriff is actually a black man...and tries to alert the townfolk assembled to meet him...it's that kind of bigotry.

I rather think Rmoney, is just a stupid jerk that steps in mitt a whole lot doesn't realize it stuck to his shoes then walks all over the expensive rugs. The dude is making Sarah Palin look smart, competent, and sane. I just don't know how he does it.

There's sort of a family curse in my family of having no filter whatsoever. I have heard things come out of the mouths of half of the people in my family that are STAGGERINGLY bitchy.

For example, my grandmother and my cousin were in the checkout line at the supermarket and somehow it came up that it was my grandmother's birthday. The checkout girl said, "Happy birthday!" and my grandmother responded, "Getting old is terrible. When you get to be my age you should just kill yourself."

She has no idea how inappropriate and occasionally quite hurtful the stuff she says is. She opens her mouth and it just comes right out.

I think Mitt has the same problem.

No dog whistle. Just another sigh of relief as the GOP fades from center stage.
