fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. How does a known horse doper even get to have a horse in the Olympics?

How does a deliberate action get to be a no fault payoff. No fault implies that there was some kind of unforeseen accident.

But, what I heard was basically Romney would loose in a court of law and he knew it, so he agreed to pay the money back plus a fine but he didn't have to admit guilt. I am not sure what that is caused I guess I used the wrong term but I still can't think what that is called, no contest maybe?. Then again with all the spin I might have heard the wrong thing.

But on a more serious note, and besides the drugging question, my question is this: when the Democrats ran an ad that showed the horse dancing, the Romney camp asserted it was in bad taste because the horse dressage stuff was "therapy" for Mrs. Romney.

So her "therapy" horse is now entered into the Olympics.

I'm sorry, why did the Democrats cave on that again? That horse is not therapy, that hobby is not therapy, it's business (as evidenced by the $77,000 deduction they took on the horse).

I guess it's all just too complicated to spell out to the American people though.

and then I read that he got a business deduction for the horse. I didn't know the context of Mitt claiming it is a therapy horse. Still, it seems Mittens can't make up his mind on anything. He should have said it was a business decision that miraculously turned out to be therapeutic.
