What movie's ending completely changed if you stayed and watched until the end credits? [View all]

As many people know, the end credits for Marvel movies are mostly used as a teaser for up and coming Marvel sequels. But before that, were there any movies that used them to introduce an unexpected plot twist to the story that had just played out on the screen?
