Operation Turquoise. I mean - it wasn't effective . . . Romeo Dallaire did the best he could with what he was given and remains a hero to me to this day for his efforts. That man's eyes are haunted.

When you have had to interact with them as I have - you just know these things.

Perhaps the point of disagreement is that your definition of a Domestic Dispute differs from mine?

I've had one eye sideways at the UN since 1994 - and at 51 years of age? I'm not changing my position on it. We may just have to agree to disagree.
